Lindores MCDXCIV

Lindores' core single malt is crafted from locally grown Kingdom of Fife barley and matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon barrels, Wine Barriques, and Sherry Butts. Distilled using their distinctive ‘sister’ spirit stills—an unusual setup that allows for extra copper contact—it delivers a remarkably refined and characterful spirit for its age. A long wash fermentation further enhances its complexity, resulting in a whisky that balances richness and elegance. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and with natural colour, this is a thoughtful and flavour-forward dram that reflects the distillery’s commitment to quality.
