Lochlea Fallow 3rd Crop

Fallow Edition (Third Crop) marks the final release in Lochlea's celebrated Seasonal trilogy, concluding with a matured spirit that showcases the distillery’s evolution. This signature spirit, aged an extra year compared to the 2023 Edition, has been carefully matured in 1st-fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, enriching the character and complexity of the whisky.

Nose: Inviting aromas of warm spiced apple and luscious medjool dates.

Palate: Layers of manuka honey blend with notes of nutty, freshly baked malted bread.

Finish: A luxurious close with rich sandalwood oils and a delicate peppercorn medley.
