Mills Brewing Sorachi Ace

Mills Brewing make beer with minimal modern intervention, relying on local wild yeast cultures an the influence of nature to ferment.

Sorachi Ace was made from a blend of three contrasting beers:

1. A high gravity rye beer brewed in June 2020
2. An unboiled raw beer brewed in May 2021 and hoppe with NZ grown Wai-iti
3. An amber beer made with aged Citra hops, and brewed in August 2021

The blend was dry hopped with whole leaf Sorachi Ace prior to bottle conditioning.
