Naughton Cider Homage to Hogg 2023

Named after Robert Hogg, the father of British pomology. This is a still single variatal of Kingston Black Wild-fermented in single oak barrerl form Damy, Meursault and bottled on cork. The profile is beautifully Burgundian with notes of butter, tobacco and exotic fruits on the nose. The palate is bright, clean and fresh with a creamy and elegant mid palate.
