Nicolas Mariotti Bindi Cantina di Torra

Crafted on the northern slopes of Corsica in the Patrimonio region, Cantina di Torra is the organic estate established by Nicolas Mariotti Bindi. With vineyards planted on clay-limestone soils and high-density vines across multiple site-specific parcels, the wines are made with minimal intervention, wild yeasts and tiny doses of sulphur noted on the label. 

This expression highlights the indigenous Niellucciu (and occasionally Sciaccarellu or Vermentinu) grape variety, emphasising red berry and pomegranate fruit, fine mineral tension and bright acidity. The vinification uses concrete vats or stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit, and the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered for maximum authenticity.
