Oliver’s Gold Rush #10 pours a deep, burnished amber with a light sparkle, revealing rich aromas of ripe orchard apples, baked apple, and a warm hint of spice and oak — evocative of autumn harvest and barrel-age depth. 

On the palate it delivers a full-bodied, medium-dry cider with firm tannins, warm citrus and Seville-orange marmalade notes, a touch of oak-driven vanilla/spice, and a long, slightly earthy-tannic finish that balances fruit sweetness, acidity and structure.

The cider is made from a carefully selected blend of bittersweet and bitter-sharp traditional English cider apples (e.g. Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Kingston Black, Foxwhelp), fermented by wild yeasts in old oak barrels, giving it a distinctive complexity, tannic backbone and natural funk.
