BZART Lambiek combines the ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’ used for sparkling wines with spontaneous fermentation for Lambic beers. This Belgian-origin beer undergoes twelve months of fermentation in wooden barrels, followed by bottling with sparkling wine yeast and sugar for a second fermentation. After aging for at least nine months, it becomes effervescent. BZART Lambiek is BRUT, with a rich palette of flavors.
