Vagrant Cider Rook Cider 75cl

Rook stil cider is a single-orchard blend of apples from an orchard near Porthallow. The orchard contains over thirty varieties and many of the trees are unapologetically biennial in habit. Consequently, the character of the cider varies significantly from year to year. The harvest of 2024 was rather heavy on bittersharps and light on bittersweets so the year the cider is somewhat bracing, but juicy and fruit forward with a sherbetty zing.

Bottled in recyled and reclaimed bottles from local Cornwall hospitality.
