Rotbier is a style of lager brewed with special Red barley malt, traditionally in Nürnberg. Similar in colour to a Märzen, but lower alcohol and with a fantastic full malty flavour. Glowing red in colour with a pale tan, foamy head. Hopped with Hallertau Tradition and lagered slowly for 7 weeks in German 3 bar-rated tanks. Vegan friendly.
