Samuel Smiths Pure Brewed Organic Lager

A classic organic English lager from Samuel Smith’s Old Brewery in Tadcaster, Yorkshire’s oldest brewery, still operating its traditional stone Yorkshire Square fermentation system and using only natural ingredients.

This is a deliberately old-school, unhurried lager: brewed with organic barley, organic hops, soft water, and bottom-fermenting yeast, then cold-conditioned slowly for clarity and smoothness.

In the glass it pours a clear pale gold, with a gentle white head and a very clean, understated aroma of: fresh grain, light hay, soft biscuit malt and faint floral hops.
