Scatterlings Green Hop Green Bottle

A mixed culture saison brewed with Chevallier heritage barley, lots of wheat and freshly picked Endeavour hops from Hukin Hops in Kent.  Fermented in an open top fermenter and bottle conditioned with a lower carbonation to emulate cask beer, this beer is a twist on a classic wet hop beer with vibrant yeast expression and saison phenolics.
