This beautifully textural, creamy sparkling wine was bottled in 2010 and has been patiently resting on its lees for eight years—longer than most Champagnes. The extended lees ageing enhances depth and complexity, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship in a wine that remains elegant and remarkably well priced.
Sourced from a single vineyard, "La Caseta," at 205 meters above sea level, the vines benefit from a strong maritime influence, just six kilometers from the Mediterranean. The 25-year-old vines produce grapes that are hand-harvested before undergoing alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in tanks for 10 months before a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by eight years on lees before disgorgement.
