Simple Things Motueka

A classic farmhouse-style Saison brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat and spelt. Plenty of whole cone Celeia hops go into the kettle and we generously dry hop with Motueka. Crisp, clean, sweet and fruity with big bubblegum flavours that develop and evolve into citrus, banana and tropical fruit balanced with gentle pepper and clove spice. Light and easy drinking, full flavoured and beautifully balanced. A modest kick of bitterness precedes a long, tingling, lusciously fruity finish. Saison meets IPA vibes..
