Thymiopoulos Atma Red

Introducing the Atma Red, a unique blend of Xinomavro, the star grape of Naoussa, and Mandilaria, cultivated in the volcanic soils of Santorini. This unusual pairing brings together two complex grape varieties, both known for their firm tannins. However, winemaker Thymiopoulos describes it as "soft and fruity," thanks to the absence of wood aging. The result is a fresh, vibrant wine that stands out for its approachable character.
