United Cellars of Tekov - Cherry on Tuff

The United Cellars of Tekov is a collaboration between two winemakers from Slovakia's Tekov region, Marek Uhnák (Pivnica Čajkov) and Ján Záborský (Pivnica Brhlovce). This collective brings together local vineyards and winemakers, all committed to preserving soil vitality through organic viticulture and sustainable land stewardship.

In this rosé, a brief and delicate maceration captures the vibrant character and refined elegance of Pinot Noir, while retaining the distinct tanginess of the volcanic soil it flourished in. Spicy yet luscious, this rosé is crafted for ageing and deserves to be enjoyed in a larger glass.
