This naturally sparkling medium cider is made from a blend of Ashmead’s Kernel, Egremont Russet, and the legendary Coverack Russet a wild Cornish seedling famed among cider lovers. Ashmead’s and Egremont bring nutty depth and structure, while the Coverack adds soft, mellow tannins shaped by years of Atlantic weather. Chill well before opening.
