Verdant X Omnipollo Three Times Three DIPA

They’re thrilled to be part of the latest chapter in Omnipollo’s cross-border collaboration series: Three Times Three Vol. 7. This edition brings together seven breweries — Omnipollo (SWE), Verdant (UK), Bellwoods (CAN), Great Divide (US), Deep Fried Beers (US), Freak Folk (US), and Messorem (CAN) — joining forces on one bold, hazy DIPA.

For them, collaborating on this project meant diving into the details with fellow haze obsessives: comparing processes, sharing techniques, and finding common ground to create something greater than the sum of its parts.

Brewed first at Omnipollo’s Church Brewery in Stockholm, each brewery then produced its own version at home. Their take stays true to the original: a wheat-heavy pale grist, heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin (30 g/l), plus a touch of Hop Kief® cryogenic liquid for added punch. The result is a tropical-forward, softly bitter DIPA driven by shared curiosity, creativity, and a little bit of Omnipollo magic.
