About the Brewrey.

Bullhouse has become a major part of Northern Ireland’s modern beer scene by focusing on soft juicy IPAs, crisp lagers and heavily hopped beers that actually remember people might want a second pint afterward. Founded in Belfast in 2016, the brewery quickly built a loyal following through clean modern brewing, strong branding and beers that balance flavour intensity with proper drinkability.

The IPAs tend to lean hazy and tropical with loads of citrus, mango and soft bitterness, while the lagers and pales keep things fresh and balanced rather than chasing pure hop saturation. Bullhouse also regularly experiments with collaborations and seasonal releases, but the beers generally stay approachable underneath the modern craft aesthetics.

What gives the brewery its charm is how relaxed the whole thing feels. There’s no forced hype culture or aggressively exclusive beer nerd energy. Just well-made beer, good branding and a brewery that feels properly connected to Belfast’s growing independent food and drink scene.

Northern Ireland’s craft beer scene has exploded over the last decade, and Bullhouse sits right near the centre of that movement. Modern without becoming exhausting, which honestly feels like a difficult balance these days.
