3 Fonteinen Druif Blaufrankisch 75cl

A wild-fermented lambic from Brussels-based Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen, macerated for around five months on full, hand-harvested Blaufränkisch grapes sourced from Claus Preisinger in Austria.

The aged lambic is blended with two- and three-year-old barrels, yielding a richly vinous brew (8.2% ABV) with red-fruit skin, blackcurrant, oak and gentle, funky acidity. 

It’s deep cherry-red, lightly tart and complex, a true bridge between beer and wine.
