Atance Bianco

Atance Bianco, also known as Atance Cuvée Nº1 Blanco, is a certified organic white wine from Valencia, Spain, produced by Risky Grapes Wine Co. This blend comprises approximately 70–75% Merseguera and 25–30% Malvasía, sourced from dry-farmed, bush-trained vines in the Conejeros estate at an altitude of around 800 meters. The vineyards' clay-limestone and sandy soils, combined with the Mediterranean climate influenced by continental conditions, contribute to the wine's distinctive character.

The wine displays a straw-yellow hue and offers aromas of white flowers, stone fruits like peach and apricot, and tropical notes such as melon and pear. On the palate, it is unctuous with a balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity, leading to a long, satisfying finish. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and vibrant profile.
