It’s produced by Jolandie Fouché of Die Kluise, a small-scale winemaker focusing on minimal intervention wines that showcase the region’s terroir. Made from dry-farmed old-vine Cinsault, the wine is fermented with wild yeasts and sees gentle extraction to preserve freshness and elegance. It offers bright red fruit aromas like cranberry and raspberry, along with floral and herbal notes, a light body, and silky tannins.
