Domaine Guillaman Chardonnay

Domaine Guillaman Chardonnay is a single-varietal white wine from the Côtes de Gascogne region in southwest France. It is crafted entirely from Chardonnay grapes, offering a fresh and aromatic profile. The wine is pale yellow with golden hues, presenting a fresh and intense nose with notes of white-fleshed fruit and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it is round, ample, and well-structured, with subtle notes of vanilla. This wine is versatile and pairs well with dishes such as crab pie, turkey breast with grilled herbs, or a crispy salmon fillet. 

The winemaking process includes night harvesting, full skin contact maceration, pressing with inert gas, low-temperature fermentation, and maturation on fine lees. The wine is conserved at 6°C until bottling. 

In terms of accolades, the 2022 vintage received a Silver award from the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles.
