This still white wine is a pure expression of 100% Chardonnay. The grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, with the wine aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees. A small dose of sulphites is added before bottling to preserve its freshness.  

Vegan-friendly and showcasing a classic cool-climate character, it offers a more reserved nose compared to bolder, warmer-climate Chardonnays. The palate is bright and crisp, with lively fruit and a zesty acidity that makes it refreshing and elegant.
