Het Boerenerf Lambic'ado 75cl

This is a rich, barrel-aged lambic, a traditional Oude Gueuze blended with old lambics that have spent time maturing in Palo Cortado sherry casks. 

It pours a cloudy apricot-blonde robe with a fine, champagne-like mousse and gives aromas of dried citrus peel, walnut, bergamot, potpourri, woody spice and old oak.

On the palate it delivers a crisp, slightly tangy acidity of green apple and rabarber, underpinned by sherry-driven oxidative notes and a dry, nutty, mineral finish with gentle tannins.
