J.Stávek Sedmero Vermouth Rosé

This rosé sipping vermouth is crafted with care, featuring seven local botanicals macerated for 14 days in a base of rosé wine. The blend is then elevated with unmatured white brandy and sweetened with fresh juice from the new vintage grapes.  

Delicate cherry notes from the rosé wine shine through on the nose, while the palate balances the classic wormwood bitterness with a vibrant red berry fruit profile, all rounded out by a touch of fresh sweetness. A beautifully nuanced vermouth perfect for sipping or mixing.
