L'Enclos des Braves Gaillac Duras'En Passer

Nicolas Lebrun hails from the Gers region in Southwest France, a land renowned for its Armagnac and duck delicacies. In the mid-nineties, he and his wife settled on the banks of the Tarn River in Gaillac. After a decade working as an oenologist in the area, they realized their dream of becoming vignerons, purchasing l’Enclos des Braves in 2005.  

Gaillac offers an exceptional environment for viticulture, with its clay-limestone soils and southeast-facing vineyards. Passionate about the region’s indigenous grape varieties, Nicolas has expanded his original 5-hectare estate by replanting forgotten varietals, now crafting them as single-varietal wines. His vineyards are home to Mauzac Rose, Loin de L’Œil, Duras, Braucol (the local name for Fer Servadou), Prunelart, and more.
