Oliver's Fine Perry - Wild Ferment 330ml

Oliver’s Fine Perry Wild Ferment is a sparkling English perry crafted in Herefordshire from carefully selected old perry-pear varieties (including Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin & Butt). It is fermented with wild, native yeasts and bottled unfiltered, preserving a pure fruit-driven character and a lively natural sparkle. 

In the glass it shows delicate pear-and-melon aromas, with subtle hints of rhubarb and gooseberry and a light floral lift — a fresh, clean nose that gives way to a palate of ripe pear and stone-fruit, bright acidity, fine astringency and a crisp, citrus-tinged finish. The texture is medium-full with a satisfying mouthfeel and enough grip to make it more than just easy drinking, striking a neat balance between fruitiness and structure.
