Oliver's - Pomona Rolling Blend 2023 330ml

Oliver’s Pomona Rolling Blend is a sparkling medium-dry cider made in Herefordshire from a mix of traditional bittersweet and sharp cider apples such as Dabinett, Yarlington Mill and a touch of Foxwhelp.It’s wild-yeast fermented and bottled with a light sparkle, preserving bright orchard-fruit purity and a clear, natural expression. 

In the glass it pours a light amber hue, with aromas of ripe and baked apple, subtle spice and gentle warmth. On the palate there’s juicy apple fruit, a chewy mouthfeel and a balance of acidity, tannin and mild residual sweetness — finishing with a soft astringency and a dry-leaning, satisfying dryness.
