With a low dosage ("Brut Nature"), this wine captures the pure essence of its terroir, highlighting the finesse of its aromas.

The Illustration cuvée is distinguished by its unique blend of wood and minerality. The chalky soils and oak aging reveal distinctive toasty and salty notes. The Launois family has cultivated these vineyards for generations, historically operating as a Récoltant-Coopérateur, selling their grapes to the cooperative. However, in 2013, Julien Launois and his wife Sarah began their own journey, renovating a building in Le Mesnil sur Oger to establish "Champagne Paul Launois."

With a passionate commitment to viticulture and innovation, they vinify their wines in both steel and wood, crafting a champagne that embodies their love and dedication to the art of winemaking.
