This small-batch blended Scotch whisky is crafted from carefully selected single-malt and single-grain whiskies, each aged for over six years. After blending, the whisky is rested and then bottled at Dornoch Distillery, honoring the sherry-forward blends of the past. With a focus on celebrating sherry maturation, the whisky is slowly diluted to 46% ABV, striking a perfect balance between smooth drinkability and bold flavor. Bottled without chill-filtration and free from added color, it’s a whisky designed to be enjoyed however you like.

Nose: Plum sauce, miso, golden sultanas, cinder toffee, coffee crème pâtissière
Palate: Raisin loaf, buttered Jamaica cake, maple, and toasted cinnamon
Finish: Warm spices—nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon—with hints of orange peel and dried figs
