Uwe Slate - young Austrian winemaker, which surprised not only ordinary wine lovers and wine critics his uncompromising and courageous approach to business creation, seemingly traditional Austrian wines. In the past, the sommelier, he suffered a passion for wine in his, it should be recognized, successful career as producer of wines. Its elegant, dry taste demonstrates the charm of fruit tones and black berry shades, combined with well-integrated ripe tannins, finishing with a long, deep aftertaste. Pairing beautifully with red meat, charcuterie, and grilled lamb, Blaufrankisch, Konigsberg is a bold red wine crafted from Blaufrankisch grapes grown on the rich limestone soils of Konigsberg, imparting a special and elegant minerality. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels, the wine develops a distinctive, charismatic flavor. Notably, it is not subjected to filtration before bottling, preserving its unique character.
