Vin Des Potes X Yohann Moreno 'Apache'

Basile and Yoan conceived the name Le Vin des Potes (“mates’ wine”) to reflect their ethos of working closely with winemakers, creating their own blends from grapes grown by friends. Each cuvée is a collaboration with a different winemaker, always using organic or Demeter-certified grapes to craft a wine that expresses its terroir. Vin des Potes is a tribute to the skill and dedication of the passionate men and women who cultivate these vineyards.  

This juicy red comes from a plot in Corbières, where grape varieties are vinified separately using carbonic maceration in small stainless steel vats. A tiny amount of sulphite is added.
