Blind Summit The Lochend Blend. Vol.III Pedro Ximenez

The third release in Blind Summit’s Lochend series, this limited blended malt leans into Pedro Ximénez cask influence, bringing depth and sweetness while keeping the house focus on balance and drinkability. One of just ~320 bottles, it’s a small-batch, Leith-born blend designed for sharing.

Rich and expressive, it opens with raisins, fig syrup and soft treacle, layered with milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut and orange peel. The palate is full yet controlled, combining dates, sultanas and dark chocolate with warming spice and a clear malt backbone that stops it becoming overly sweet.
