Bright, zippy, and unmistakably Tokaj. This 2023 dry white from Bodrog Borműhely is a taut, mineral-driven blend of 70% Furmint and 30% Hárslevelű, showcasing the vibrant acidity and flinty precision that defines the best of the region. Low in alcohol (12.5%) but high in character, it offers mouthwatering notes of citrus peel, crushed stone, and a subtle herbal lift, underpinned by that curious, intriguing wet wool nuance you might associate with great Chenin Blanc.

Though technically off-dry (6.3g/L residual sugar), the electric acidity makes it taste bone dry, clean, and refreshing. There’s texture here too, but it’s tightly coiled—this is a wine of finesse and quiet intensity.
