More About Champagne Bonnaire Terroirs
More About Champagne Bonnaire Terroirs
Champagne Bonnaire "Terroirs" is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in three emblematic villages of the Côte des Blancs—Cramant, Chouilly, and Oiry. It embodies the terroir’s hallmark chalky minerality and elegance.
The wine is vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with malolactic fermentation contributing a gentle roundness. After secondary fermentation in bottle, it spends at least 36 months on its lees before disgorgement, fostering a creamy, refined texture.
On the nose it offers bright, inviting aromas of candied fruit, citrus zest, white flowers, green apple, pastry and even hazelnut. The palate is creamy yet fresh, carrying fine chalky minerality, citrus and orchard fruit, a playful pithy note, and a lingering mineral finish.
