From the steely jabs of Chablis to the smoky uppercuts of Saint-Joseph & a Single Vineyard Sancerre that floats like a butterfly, stings like a bee this is a battle of balance, power, and pure pedigree.

Each round will be expertly paired with knockout small plates to match the intensity. No wine left standing. No palate untouched.
