El Ninot de Paper Blanc de Noirs Sparkling NV is an approachable Spanish sparkling wine from Bodegas Murviedro in the Valencia region, made entirely from Garnacha grapes and vinified using the Charmat method – a tank fermentation technique that preserves fresh fruit character and lively bubbles.

It pours a pale, inviting colour with a gentle effervescence, and on the palate it’s soft, fruity and easy-drinking, with juicy red-fruit notes and a rounded, refreshing profile rather than bone-dry austerity.
