Founded in 1943 near the commune of Alençon on the south border of Normandy Fournier has been cultivating orchards of native Perry pears and traditional French Cidre apples with organic fruit and a commitment to using 100% juice (no added Sugar/Sucre!) in this case a blend of mainly Fausset, Morduet, Champagne pear varieties.
