Gut Oggau Gut Feeling

From one of Austria's most iconic natural wine producers comes something completely different. Gut Feeling isn't trying to imitate wine or fizz. Instead, it's a non-alcoholic botanical drink made from the herbs, flowers and plants that grow in and around Gut Oggau's biodynamic vineyards. Created alongside fermented drinks specialists Konanna, it captures the same sense of place and farming philosophy that has made the winery so well loved.

Dry, aromatic and wonderfully complex, it opens with floral notes before layers of citrus, orchard fruit and alpine herbs come through. Somewhere between a great vermouth, a herbal aperitif and a wild botanical infusion, with a gentle bitterness and a refreshing, savoury finish. Serve chilled in a wine glass, over ice with a slice of citrus, or topped with sparkling water for a seriously grown-up alcohol-free drink.
