From the people behind some of Austria's most recognisable natural wines comes something completely different. Gut Feeling is an alcohol-free botanical drink made using plants growing amongst Gut Oggau's biodynamic vineyards, including nettle, chamomile, yarrow, dandelion and wormwood.

Dry, gently sparkling and wonderfully aromatic, it has a distinctly herbal character, with floral notes, fresh citrus and a touch of honeyed sweetness. Wormwood brings a pleasant bitter edge, giving it something of the character of a dry vermouth or botanical aperitif, while the natural fermentation adds a little extra complexity.
