More About Malgiacca I.G.T. Toscana Rosso

Malgiacca is exactly the sort of wine we love finding. Made from a field blend of Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Malvasia Nera and a handful of other varieties, the grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed by hand, foot crushed and left to ferment naturally before a short maturation in stainless steel. Unfiltered and bottled with a light touch, it's a beautifully honest expression of the hills around Lucca.
