More About Maruishi, Miwaku No Yuzu Sake

Yuzu liqueur made by blending Maruishi's Junmai sake with Kito yuzu from Ehime Prefecture. The brewery describes the combination as “refreshingly sour”, and that's pretty much the point: bright, zippy citrus sits over a soft sake base, giving it plenty of fruit character without losing that gentle ricey savouriness. It's 7% ABV and made with Junmai Mikawa Bushi sake as the base.
