More About Monteforte Soave

A classic Soave from Cantina di Monteforte, one of the key cooperative producers in the eastern hills of the Soave Classico zone in Veneto. The wines here are made primarily from Garganega, the region’s signature grape, grown on volcanic and limestone soils that give both texture and freshness.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections, opening with delicate aromas of white flowers, elderflower, apple and citrus peel.

The palate is dry, light-to-medium bodied and clean, with flavours of lemon, white peach and subtle almond, often finishing with that classic Soave note of fresh almond and gentle minerality.
