Bramley, with its zippy green acidity, meets Ross-on-Wye’s Dabinett, bringing notes of
aromatic vanilla and gentle, complex tannins. Fermented separately, with the Dabinett
aged in oak barrels, this cider tells a story of East and West, of Kentish and Herefordian
cider making, brought together in perfect balance.
