Sam Smiths Organic Pale Ale

A classic English-style pale ale from Samuel Smith’s Old Brewery in Tadcaster, one of the most traditional and distinctive independent breweries in Britain, still using stone Yorkshire Square fermentation and their historic yeast strain.

In the glass it pours a deep golden to light copper colour, slightly richer than most modern pale ales.

The aroma leans into caramel malt, toffee, biscuit and gentle floral hops, with a distinctive fruity yeast character that gives notes of apple skin, pear and light citrus peel.
