The wine is crafted using the méthode traditionnelle (the same process used in Champagne), where the second fermentation takes place in bottle, followed by ageing on the lees to build texture and complexity. This results in fine, persistent bubbles and a layered aromatic profile that combines fruit purity with subtle bakery notes.

On the nose, expect aromas of green apple, lemon zest, white pear and floral notes, evolving into brioche, biscuit and light honeyed tones with time in glass.
