The story of Singha began in 1929, when Thai entrepreneur Praya Bhirom Bhakdi set out to create a beer of Thailand's own. Four years later, he secured the country's first brewing licence and established a brewery in Bangkok, laying the foundations for what would become one of Thailand's most iconic beers.
