The Big Table | Champagne Tasting & Meal by The Beerhive x Heron x Sip Champagnes

Join us at the Big Table on Tuesday 31st March at 6:30pm for a guided Champagne tasting and dinner.

Hosted by award-winning restaurant Heron, the evening will feature four seasonal courses paired with six grower Champagne cuvées, selected specifically for the menu.

The tasting will be led by Peter Crawford of Sip Champagnes, an importer and Champagne specialist with over two decades of experience working closely with independent growers across the region. Peter’s deep, first-hand knowledge of these producers brings rare insight into the wines, terroir, and the people.

This is a relaxed, intimate evening built around attention and care: thoughtful pairings, an unhurried pace, and time at the table to enjoy both the food and the wines properly.

We’ll sit family-style at a few large tables, creating space for conversation while enjoying each course at an easy pace.
