Tommy Apples' On Tour | Cider Tasting Ticket

Join us for an evening of discovery as we find out just how far the humble apple can travel!

Most of us know cider as a familiar pint at the pub, but that's only the first page of the story. This tasting takes us from the orchards of Scotland and England to the Basque Country, France, and Sweden, exploring what each culture and producer brings to the style, and the full depth and range of what cider and apples can be.

Six ciders in all: two from Scotland, one from England, one Basque, one French, and a Swedish ice cider to finish. Each one perfectly paired with dishes cooked up by the team at 71 Steps. You'll be well fed, well watered, and hosted by our own resident cider obsessive, so bring your questions!
