Voni Wine - Franz

This wine is a harmonious blend of Blaufränkisch and Zweigeltrebe, with equal parts of each grape variety. The grapes were harvested and processed together, undergoing fermentation in open tubs where they macerated on the skins for 10 days. The wine was then aged for 18 months in old oak barrels, allowing it to develop complexity while preserving its vibrant character.

This blend captures the best qualities of both varietals—the light, fruity notes of Blaufränkisch paired with the juicy, subtly earthy tones of Zweigeltrebe. Despite its depth of flavor, the wine boasts a refreshingly low alcohol content, making it wonderfully drinkable.
